XI SYMPOSIUM ON THE IBERIAN ATLANTIC MARGIN
XI Symposium on the Iberian Atlantic Margin
The Symposium on the Iberian Atlantic Margin (MIA) is a multidisciplinary scientific meeting between Portugal and Spain, which takes place every 3 years. In 2025, the Hydrographic Institute, the Marine and State Laboratory will host the XI MIA Symposium. This Symposium is an informal and open meeting, which aims to present and discuss the most recent methods and results of scientific research and activities carried out by researchers and postgraduate students, on the processes and evolution of the Iberian Atlantic Margin. The XI Symposium on the Iberian Atlantic Margin - MIA25 - will take place at the premises of the Hydrographic Institute in Lisbon on 29, 30 and 31 October 2025.
